Rest Day in Green Bay

Today was a rest day in Green Bay Wisconsin. I'll ride the last 20-something miles from Potter to Manitowoc tomorrow morning, which is where I'll catch the ferry to Michigan. With the ferry crossing of Lake Michigan, I'll have finished my sixth state and started on my seventh. I will also leave the Central Time Zone and pass into the Eastern Time Zone. Wahoo! I'm getting there.

Just a few pictures today and I'm calling it a night. First, we found a very cool, retro McDonalds in Green Bay:

And then we were impressed with some of the early Halloween displays; the Green Bay residents like Halloween:

I'll submit tomorrow's post from the eastern shore of Lake Michigan in Ludington, Michigan.

  1. That retro McD's is cool. They probably need to update their sign from 100 million to.....who knows?? :-)
